Our shoes don't stretch much-so make sure they are not too snug.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Slip out insoles and midsoles. Set midsoles aside before washing.
Pop shoes and insoles into the washing machine.
Use cold water, mild detergent and the delicate cycle.
No heat, please-always let your shoes air dry.
